Added Balls Thrown and Strikes Thrown to Baseball and Softball Pitching Stats

***Edit: 4/12/09 - A few people have asked for the ability to divide the pitch count up by balls and strikes or to just enter the total pitch count if their score keeper does not divide it up between balls and strikes. I've edited the bottom entry to explain the changes I've made to allow this functionality.

A comment came in from the site today asking for "Pitch Count" to be divided up between Balls and Strikes. In response, I've added a Balls and Strikes field to both Baseball and Softball. There is also an aggregated field call PC (Pitch Count) and that is the sum of both the Balls and Strikes fields.

There is also a field for PC in the stats entry form. This gives you the option of entering just a total pitch count if your bookkeeper does not divide up the balls and the strikes.

If you add anything greater than zero into either the balls or the strikes field, the PC field will be the total of the balls and strikes. If the balls and strikes fields are both zero, the PC will be the number you entered in the PC field. If the strikes, balls and PC fields are all zero, the PC statistic will show zero as well.
